On the Job with C: The Range Hood

I’ve been shopping for appliances.  Wolf had us at hello.  They have great options and are said to be the best manufacturer of ranges on the market.  I love the iconic red knobs!  We have chosen a 60″ commercial range that will bring hours of pancake flipping happiness from the built-in skillet alone.  I’m now pondering the hood.  Do I do a built-in liner with cabinetry around it?  Do I do the standard stainless steel hood?  Or do we consider the commercial hood with the liner in back for plates and warming lights above?

I leaning towards the liner.  I’m sure we can find some great cabinetry options and having a nice clean backsplash is always a plus.  What do you think?
