Friday Happy Hour: Stampede 66

I’m headed to happy hour.  Seriously.  Some friends and I are taking on Stephen Pyles newest Dallas gem, Stampede 66.  And after waiting a month for a decent reservation time, I’m finally ready to be inspired by the interiors.

Stampede 66 is said to be reimiscent of an old Texas town.  First off, its massive with super high ceilings and suspended long horns to boot.  Diners get to sit in curvy banquettes while admiring a wall display of Texas towns tiles.  I’m definitely checking out the wire horses that adorn the walls above the open kitchen.  The Freeto-Chili Pie is sure to please and something tells me the speciality margaritas are going to rock…
