On the Job with C: New Wolf Showroom

Last week several clients and I joined Jim Bakke, president and CEO of Sub-Zero and Wolf to an exclusive gathering in celebration of the opening of their new Sub-Zero and Wolf showroom in Dallas.  We enjoyed hors d’oeuvres prepared by chef Garth Blackburn and renowned Dallas chef Richard Chamberlain while sipping on Napa Valley wines served by Louis M. Martini winemaker Dean Katzung and Dan Michael of William Hill.  Most importantly, we were able to see the appliances in action, confirming for both of my clients that a Wolf range is the way to go.
