Friday Happy Hour: Sherry Owens

Last year during a design installation at Dallas Museum Tower, I had the privilege of meeting local Dallas artist Sherry Owens.  At the time, we were carefully installing one of her pieces in the entrance hall to our model home.  It was breathtaking…particularly how the delicate branches cast beautiful shadows into the marble floor.

Sherry is known for taking crepe myrtle to a new level, meticulously crafting them into works of art.  Here are some of my favorites:
